A celebration of all movement, big and small, and the people that make them possible

There has been a swell in positive support for this year’s National Day of Movement, shining a light on all of Scotland’s movers and shakers. Meaningful movement is different for everyone, some people are challenged by symptoms and circumstances to find joy in movement, but we want to celebrate what people can do, the length and breadth of the country.

Check out our film from last year.
