Who is our Movement Hero?

Mandy is an autistic woman aged 50 who works for SWAN autism A champion powerlifter who, at 50, has qualified and competed in the British OpenMandy is also the GB 47kv M2 current champion and a 2 x Scottish record holder, and she only started the sport 18 months ago. Mandy is a huge advocate for women ( older women especially) and autistic women to get active and strong for physical and mental health
