Active Hospitals
Active Hospitals is national programme designed to facilitate the integration of physical activity into care pathways in a secondary care setting. Active Hospitals aims to change the physical activity culture within hospitals to encourage patients to move more. Includes an interactive toolkit with templates, resources, documents, case studies and process support to implement an Active Hospital approach.
